Peter Evans (50's) - The Thomas brothers' long-lost father, Peter works as the Maitre D’ at the Zavatti restaurant. At first he's shocked and nervous to be approached by Rita with the request to hire his sons, but as he gets to know them, he begins to desire a closer relationship. Alex and Louis, though, don't know he's their father - they think that their father is long dead.
